Introduction

This pack contains all the email templates needed to communicate effectively throughout the OIA Culture Assessment project. Each template has been designed to maintain a consistent, professional tone while building trust and encouraging participation.

How to Use This Pack

Each template is provided in both English and Arabic. They are presented in chronological order, following the assessment timeline from pre-launch through to the closure phase. Simply copy the relevant template, customize the placeholder fields, and send through your standard email system.

Tone and Approach
