  • Denison Organizational Culture Survey deployment and analysis for all OIA employees
  • Competing Values Framework (CVF) assessment
  • One-on-one interviews with senior leaders (8 to 12 interviews)
  • Focus groups with employees across departments (4 to 6 groups)
  • Review of relevant organizational documents (strategy, policies, past surveys)
  • Comprehensive findings and analysis report
  • Culture transformation action plan with 11 initiatives
  • Implementation roadmap (24-month horizon)
  • KPI framework and measurement calendar
  • Executive alignment workshop
  • Bilingual delivery (English and Arabic) where required

Out of Scope

  • Implementation of the culture transformation initiatives (action plan provides the blueprint, implementation is OIA's responsibility)
  • Individual employee coaching or counseling
  • Organizational restructuring or job redesign
  • Compensation and benefits benchmarking
